Brief Answer:
Enlarged lymph nodes may be due to T.B

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for writing to HCM

I have thoroughly gone through your findings in detail.
Your wife's abdominal lymph nodes are enlarged in size and there is enlargement of periportal (aroung porta heaptis),peripancreatic(around pancreas),peri gastric region (around stomach),coeliac(coeliac group of lymph nodes),aortacaval(around aorta and IVC) , paraortic(sides of aorta),retrocaval(behind IVC) group of lymph nodes.
Largest enlarged lymph nodes measures 2.2 × 2.1 cm in left paraortic region.

It is important to know her clinical details. This is not very serious finding. These group of lymph nodes are enlarged due to infection .

Depending on clinical findings ,your doctor has doubt about abdominal tuberculosis ,so anti T.B drugs are prescribed.

Don't worry about enlarged lymph nodes. These lymph nodes will regress in size with control of primary infection i.e tuberculosis.

She should take anti tubercular drugs regularly.

Hello
Thanks for writing back

Fever shouldn't persist for such a long duration.
I presume that antitubercular medicines had been started after confirming tuberculosis.
Please let me know what investigations has been done to confirm T.B.
