ANTI CCP (ACCP) is a specific test for Rheumatoid arthritis one form of joint pain with or without other organ involvement depending upon stage of disease.
Your test results fall in the range of equivocal it means your symptomatology and clinical examination are important in establishing the diagnosis.
If there is joint pain better to consult Rheumatologist for detailed evaluation.

APOLIPOPROTEIN - A1 (APO-A1) is a component of good cholesterol (HDL).
APOLIPOPROTEIN - B (APO-B) is a component of bad cholesterol (LDL) which is atherogenic cholesterol that is responsible for development of blockages in blood vessels (may cause heart problem).
Treating it is similar to treating dyslipidemia.
Considering your dibabetic status there is need to target your LDL & HDL cholesterol levels once they are within target range one can target Apo-B below atleast 90 which may require only adjustment of your cholesterol lowering agent.
Rosutor-A contain Rosuvastatin 10mg which is cholesterol lowering drug.
If there is risk factors like Blood pressure problem or LDL cholesterol >100 or previous heart disease, I may suggest to increase dose of Rosuvastatin.

Better to discuss all this with your treating diabetologist as detailed clinical examination is more important.

Hope this helps you.

Brief Answer:
My suggest to increase dose of rosuvastatin and take vitamin D supplement.

Detailed Answer:
Equivocal ACCP wont have value in the absence of symptoms. Better to consult your doctor.
High Triglycerides, Low HDL and High LDL all are associated with atherogenesis in blood vessels leading to heart disease.
I may suggest to increase dose of Rosuvastatin to at least 20mg per day.
For vitamin deficiency you can take vitamin D supplement like tablet or sachets containing cholecalciferol 60 thousand units per week for 6 to 8 weeks and there after once a month for 6 to 8 months.

Hope this helps you.
