Are there any physical symptoms for Agoraphobia, Vitamin deficiencies and high cholesterol?

43yo white female, dx: hashimotos thyroiditis, PCOD, anxiety,depression,panic attacks, agoraphobia,vitamin deficiencies ,high cholesterol, and insulin resistance. My insulin levels continue to be high, are there any physical symptoms? I already take glucophage 500mg dly, and spironldactone for PCOD.

There may not be any physical symptoms for any of the conditions mentioned above. Although a search for physical symptoms should be made as it helps in diagnosing the condition and following the patient in long run.
