Brief Answer:
Your problem need evaluation.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for writing to us about it.

I can understand your concern, though.

There are so many reasons for your symptoms.

The most common reasons are hormonal imbalance, delayed period, PCOD, infection (STD), PID and cervical cancer (less chances in your case) and birth control pill.

You should consult a gynecologist and get yourself examined and rule out the cause of your trouble.

If you have blood in urine you should confer with a urologist for it because it can be due to urinary tract infection, stone and scarring after C-section.

Hope it is of some help, feel free to ask more.

Good luck.
Regards
Dr.Richa

Brief Answer:
You need repeat testing and other testing.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for writing to us about it.

I can certainly understand your concern, though.

Normal GFR (glomerular filtration rate) is > 60, it shows the kidney function.

In your case it is less than 60, so you should repeat your GFR from other trusted lab to support the report.

You should consult a doctor and get your other test like urine, blood test (serum urea and creatinine), blood sugar and blood pressure should be done to rule out any kidney disease.

Drink a bunch of water and take a salt restricted diet.

There is no need to be worried about it.

Revert back to me with your test reports.

Good luck.

Dr.Richa

You should consult a gastroenterologist.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Nice to hear from you all again.

I can certainly see your concern, though.

You should consult a gastroenterologist for your stomach pain.

You should go for repeat pap smear examination.

Can you please answer some of my questions-

Where exactly is it situated?

Is increased or decreased after meal?

Associated with any other symptoms?

For how long it is there?

Revert back to me with my answer.

Hope to hearing from you soon.

Good luck.

the pain is more intense at top of abdomen in middle and around ovary area, feels like contraction pain but to me worse than labor pain. I use to get this years ago started in, 2005 about a month after I had cryo but would only happen after intercourse. then I noticed after I my youngest in March I would get this pain at the start of my cycle and last for about 2 weeks after cycle. on Aug 1 I started spotting and pain stated again but didn't let up. ever since its been a consist pain just about everyday eating doesn't make it better r worse. they have me norco but that only last a lil while and hard to take with my kids because it makes me tired

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Sorry for the delay in my response.

In my opinion you should confer with your treating physician and get yourself examined and investigation done to rule out the cause because there are so many possibilities of your symptoms.

You should see for tubo-ovarian abscess, cervical dysplasia or ovarian cyst.

So please consult your treating physician as early as possible.

You can take meftal spas for your pain.

Hope it is useful to some.

Good luck.
