What Causes Missed Period Along With Whitish Vaginal Discharge?

Question: I got my last periods on feb 10 n later on march 18 I have sex with my BF but penetration didnot happen even he did not put his finger into my vagina but discharged penis secretion but not inside my vagina but still I washed it off even I've tested through appollo pregnancy kit after 10 days evening time got negative but still did not get my periods
N even I don't feel any pregnancy symptoms but getting a light coloured fluid from vagina it's not milky white but a usual white discharge
Pls give me solution
Eagerly waiting for it
Feeling very nervous
Pls answer my question
Can't even concentrate on my exams

Thanks for writing to us. Followings are my comments:

1) As there was NO penetration or discharge inside vagina, then there is NO chance of pregnancy. You also get NEGATIVE test result.

2) I suggest you to take progesterone pill like Norethisterone for 5 days to induce period. You will get period within 5-7 days after stopping them.

3) You must take a healthy balanced diet with LOW carbohydrate. Avoid salty, fatty or fast food. Maintain genital hygiene properly.

4) Do light exercise for physical fitness and avoid mental stress completely by regular meditation or yoga. Stress can delay your period.

But I did not miss my periods before
I became somewhat fat I think this is the reason for the delay of my periods
I tested at evening time sir but actually morning time is advisable for pregnancy test
Ive heard that there is a little chance of getting pregnancy even though penetration doesn't happen
Is it true sir?

Thanks for follow up query.

If there is NO penetration, then you CAN'T be pregnant. Also, there was NO ejaculation around or inside vagina. Don't be worried much.

I suggest you to take above medicine to induce period. You should procure complete prescription from your doctor.

Some underlying causes like hormonal imbalance, Poly Cystic Ovary, over weight, emotional upset, pelvic infection, change in diet pattern etc are associated with irregular cycle or late period.

If you face irregular period for next 1-3 cycles, I suggest to undergo one pelvic ultrasound scan (USG) and complete hormone profile (LH/ FSH, serum Prolactin, progesterone, TSH, DHEAS etc), hemoglobin% etc to pinpoint the diagnosis after consultation with your doctor.

With above sexual activity, chance of pregnancy is extremely RARE (less than 1%) or NIL. Sperm dies very soon in external environment. Don't be worried much and your last pregnancy test is negative.

If you have any doubt regarding pregnancy, you can repeat the pregnancy test or undergo blood test for beta-hCG (more reliable) for confirmation.
