Can an enlarged uterus cause pelvic pain?

at a recent ultrasound i was told i have a slightly enlarged uterus. i have jad ongoing right sided pelvic pain that seems to be worse when i press on it or walk around etc. could this be caused by the enlarged uterus?

I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
Enlarged uterus do not causes pain on pressing.
Pain on pressure can be due to urinary tract infection, pelvic infection, ovarian or adenexal cysts, or appendicitis.
You should consult an OBGYN specialist for proper examination , investigations and treatment accordingly.
