Brief Answer:
it might be some hormonal imbalance

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,I got your information.I understand your concern.
Its good to know that your cycles are regular and your height and weight are appropriate.
Pregnancy might not be the possibility as you are not sexually active.
Accutane also sometimes causes pain abdomen.
In my opinion brownish discharge associated with pain abdomen might be seen in non pregnant conditions like pelvic inflammatory disease(PID) or endometritis or endometriosis or polycystic ovarian disease(PCOD).
PID or endometritis is rare possibility in your case as you are not sexually active. And there is no fever.
Endometriosis can present with irregular cycles ,brownish discharge and pain during
menstruation.This might be a possibility.
Brownish discharge might progress to period subsequently.
PCOD also presents with irregular cycles.
Dont worry iam just explaining you the possibilities.Definitive diagnosis can be made by ultrasound and physical examination. If needed the discharge can be subjected to culture and sensitivity to rule out infective etiology.
Hope this satisfies your query.
Feel free to discuss furthur.
