What Causes Change In Stool Consistency?

Question: Sir
I have fear towards cancer always. I am a stressfull person towards cancer. Now my morning first stool is large one and later on when i go its little thin and normal no loose tool. But long one. My fear is will it b a intestinal cancer. Pls help me.

I gad fear for past 30 days. I made my endoscopy it was normal and due to fear i lost my appetite and weight loss roughly 2 to 3 kgs. Now the symptom i have heart burn and pain below my left rib guage mainly on my back. I had renal calculai. Will fear lower the appetite. My fear on stomac cancer went off and now it on itestine. Is intestine below rib .

Realy thanks for your reply. I am more thankfull tonyou for your answers. Sir i vomited in my empty stomac and was full watery and inhad heart burn yesturday and does hear burn and intestite interlinked. When i burb now in my empty stomac some food feel comes. Pls help me .

I have atttached my endoscopy result. As a Dr would you say no other reason for heartburn from lower abdomen. As you said i have cinsulted a physactrics and he has given be tablets but fear to take it. Do you say no interlink for intestine and heart burn .

Realy sorry to ask you this question again. And again. Pain in upper abdomen is not related to lower abdomen like intestine or indigestion. I took ginger with sweet in the morning after my food as i had a indigestion and bloat simptom. After this only ingot pain. Might that ginger triggered it .

One of my cousin advised me to take a cbc and esr to find is there any issue in health it will show. XXXXXXX took my wbc is high and est is high.
