Dear Madam,

Thanks for posting your query on this website. I can fully appreciate your concern for problem.

In view of gross weight gain in the recent past, I advise you to get the following investigations done :-

1. Fasting/Post-prandial blood sugar - to exclude recent onset diabetes.
2. Thyroid hormonal Assay (Free T3, T4, TSH) - to exclude/confirm Hypothyroid state.

At the same time, take a short, 5-day course of Tab Tiniba(500mg) 2 tablets twice a day for 5 days;
- Tab Pantocid-DSR one tablet daily, 30 minutes before breakfast.
- Tab Albend-400 one tablet every alternate day= total of 3 tablets (to be chewed and then swallowed with water)

I am confident that you will certainly benefit from the advice.

May I assure you that I am always available for your assistance and will try my best to cure your condition to the best of my experience and knowledge.

Please feel free to revert back to me along with the tests' reports as advised.

HAVE A NICE DAY AND A SPEEDY RECOVERY.

Fond Regards,

Dr.(Col) R Karanwal
