What Causes Bone Pain In Upper Portion Of Left Leg?

Question: On left upper part of leg nearby urinary place, I am facing pain issue on one place there I am feeling like bone but same bone is on right side but no pain but on left side. Can you please suggest me cause of this and resolution for the same.

The pain at such a bone like part can be due to:
Inflammation/swelling of the spermatic cord.
Can be due to start of hernia.
Can be due to a Lymph node.

Please tell me if you have any other complaints like:
- Burning in urination?
- Swelling at the point of pain?
- Fever and chills?
- Pain without pressure?
- Swelling on coughing or straining?

No given conditions doesn't apply. Only feel pain if I press that place or on pressure only.

Take a 5 day course of Ibuprofen.

There must be a local tendinitis or fascitis.
Please take a course of Ibuprofen and it should help you.

See the results in a few days.
If there is no result, please get actually examined by a General Surgeon so that a probable diagnosis can be done and investigations if any could be asked for.
