C} Doxinate taking both times alongwith Duphaston.
D} Lutigen Gold 5000 IU Injections Twice a Week .

What precautions should i take for miscarriage? And How often should i check my TSH Level in pregnancy? My LMP was on 17.03.2015. Brief Answer:
Everything is fine

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Congratulations on successful completion of 10 weeks and presence of heart beat.

There is no problem and everything is good. I suggest you make following changes:

1. Stop Lutigen gold injections and Duphaston tablets. They are no longer necessary.

2. Continue thyroid medicine and get TSH measured every 6 weeks.

3. Take doxinate only if you have vomiting. Otherwise its not necessary. Stop it.

4. Collapsed endocervical canal is normal and not a problem. Hence dont worry about it.

5. Everything looks good now and not a problem.

Let me know if you need any more help.

Brief Answer:
They wont harm if continued

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,

I understand that some doctors prescribe it longer than necessary. By now your placental activity would have started and hence I dont see any necessity of these 2 medicines as of now.

You can continue them if you wish. They wont cause any harm either.

Brief Answer:
Stop doing beta hCG blood test

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

You can take eno. No problem.

You don't need beta hCG blood test anymore.
Get NT scan at 12 weeks and anomaly scan at 20 weeks. You don't need anymore scans.

Dr,
Once the placental activity starts and me able to see heart beat in TVS, is it that I am completely safe and out of danger against any untoward incident of pregnancy? Till which week I must take safe precautions like not eating outside food and avoiding traveling. Sometimes i feel very thirsty and have urge to drink soft drinks like thumps up almost thrice a week ,is it safe to take soft drinks?
doctor

Brief Answer:
Eat, drink and travel in moderation

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

It is safe once the heart beat is seen and placenta has taken over. There are no restrictions for eating or drinking anything or even travelling. Everything in moderation is good.

Soft drinks contain sugar. It is better to avoid them. There are no restrictions but better avoided.

You are in safe zone now.
