Brief Answer:
Possible Diagnosis: Tinea Cruris

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for trusting HealthcareMagic,

I have gone through the query and the attached picture.

The rash associated with itching is suggestive of tinea cruris, which is a fungal infection affecting moist body areas like skin folds.

You can apply Lotrimin antifungal cream to clear up the infection.
Keep the area clean and dry.
Wear loose fitting breathable cotton underwear.

If the rash is subsiding, continue Lotrimin for a week after the rash disappears.
It can take up to 4 -5 weeks for the rash to clear up
If you do not see any improvement in 1 week, please follow up with your primary care provider. Then you will need a prescription antifungal like Terbinafine.

Hope this answers your question
