Brief Answer:
Empirical antibiotics may be considered

Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir.

I can certainly understand your concern.

I have worked through your query and attached reports in detail.

Elevated IgG is directly related to last effects of Lyme and Bartonella disease. These levels will normalize in the due course and are of no significance if there are no symptoms .

Additionally, you seem to have iron and vitamin deficiency anemia. This requires an immediate correction.

I generally prescribe oral pills of Tab CONVIRON FORTE and Tab LIMCEE one pill each a day for 1 month filled by repeating the blood counts and hemoglobin levels.

Elevated Interleukin levels are again an indication of Lyme and Bartonella disease. They can also be elevated if there is an active disease.

Elevated organic acids require a complete renal evaluation through an ultrasound pelvis and urine examination.

Elevated lymph nodes in your case should not be taken lightly. They may indicate an active infection.

It's advisable to start empirical antibiotics against Lyme and Bartonella after discussing with your physician.

Post your further queries if any.
Thank you

Hi Thanks,

I do have malaise and night sweats (pain in feet-they said cause by Bartonella). Took antibiotics for several months. Helped, now relapsing, so switched up protocol. CRP dropped from 75 to 45. Wanted to see what causes high ERP/Sed Rate and (schisocythes and acanthocytes present).

Brief Answer:
Elevated CRP and ESR are direct related to infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello Madam

High CRP/ESR is directly caused by inflammatory reactions in the body, most commonly an infection.

Schistocytes and Acanthocytes are directly due to Iron deficiency anemia.

It's important to retreat the Bartonella relapse by switching up the profile.

Post your further questions if any.

Thank you.
