Brief Answer:
Viral infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for attaching reports.
I have seen the reports.
Based on the reports it looks like a viral infection as lymphocytes count is high.
But he needs more tests for dengue, malaria and typhoid if fever persists.
Another thing is that he has mild iron deficiency anemia which can improve with iron supplements.
I would suggest
1. Go for additional tests like i mentioned if fever persists.
2. Urine culture may help too as there is a trace of blood in urine test which may Indicate urinary infection.

Wishing your child good health.

Dr Arun

Brief Answer:
Reports indicate

Detailed Answer:
Your childs reports show low haemoglobin and low rbc indices which means iron deficiency anemia.
I usually prescribe iron supplements like trifer or orofer drops 1ml once daily for 3 months.
Antibiotics - may not be needed as reports show viral picture.
Consult with your doctor and get him reexamined if fever persists. He might prescribe antibiotics if required ( antibiotics are prescription only medicines, should be prescribed by your doctor only if felt required).
Go for additional tests too as advised earlier.
