Brief Answer:
Either eczema or ringworm infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcare magic

I have reviewed the attached photograph and according to me their are 2 possibilities either patch of eczema or ringworm infection.

I need to ask you few questions before arriving at the diagnosis:

Is your daughter atopic?
Is she having patches anywhere else of the body?
What have you applied that has led to dryness?
What is the intensity of itching on the lesion?

Kindly revert back with the answers.

I am not sure about atopic. She had two in other place but an antifugus cream cleared them but didnt with this one. We put a local natural herbal tgat dried it

Brief Answer:
Seems to be probably a fungal infection

Detailed Answer:
According to your history it seems to be ringworm infection which has developed an irritant reaction to the herbal medicine you have applied.

I would recommend you to give a trial of antifungal medicines.

In such cases I recommend my patients to apply mild steroid antifungal combination like CLOTRIMAZOL and BCLOMTHASONE cream twice daily on the affected area for 5-7 days followed by plain Clotrimazole cream or plain Sertaconazole cream twice daily for another 2 weeks.

For itching she can be given antihistaminics like tablet Levocetrizine 5mg once daily at bedtime.

Let me know how she stays.
