Brief Answer:
Possible Onycomycosis. Systemic anti fungal therapy will help

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.

I understand your concern.

I have gone through the uploaded image as well.

This is possibly fungal infection of the nail bed.

It is also known as Tinea Unguium/onychomycosis.

It can associated with dandruff.

Back pain and Spem leakage are not related to this fungal infection.

I generally prescribe oral tablets of Terbinafine for 6 weeks to my patients.I advise you to check with your doctor if he shares my view and if can prescribe them to you.

I advise you to consult an Infectious disease specialist and seek the medications.

Post your further queries if any.

Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Possible Seborrheic dermatitis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.

I understand your concern.

These patches behind the ear along with the white patches on the body and nail together constitute a spectrum of seborrheic dermatitis.

This is otherwise known as dandruff.

Along with Terbinafine(which I mentioned in my earlier answer), topical application of Candid TV lotion to hair overnight followed by hair wash in the morning will largely help to remove the white patches. Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe it to you.

Pertaining to sperm leakage, you need to have a Scrotal Doppler ultrasound to evaluate the cause of leakage. With this report, you need to consult a Urologist for further expert management.

Review with test/scan reports.

Post your further queries if any.

Thank you.
