What Causes Peeling Of Scrotum And Small Spots On The Shaft Of Penis?
hello. i have a n itchy rash on my upper thigh that i believe to be tinea cruris. then about a month later my scrotum began to peel/scale. and now ( a few weeks later) some small purpleish spots have appeared on the shaft of my penis. do I have an STD?

Hi,
If you were not engaged with unprotected sex then you are not having STD. That spots on shaft of penis are due to Tinea infection. Use Clotrimazole cream for local application. It will heal soon.
