Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry about sir; good diet and exercise

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. All your reports seem to be normal, and the only few abnormalities noted are the following:

-Mildly low HDL cholesterol: This can be improved/increased by exercise and a mildly altered diet (reduce fatty/oily/fried food)
-Lymphocytosis: Mildly elevated lymphocyte levels, but as they are only mildly elevated it is most likely due to a previous infection.

Other than this, there is nothing else you need to worry about sir. Just make sure you take your medication religiously, and also keep monitoring your blood pressure and blood sugar levels. Initially, the blood sugar levels and blood pressure might not respond well to the new medications, and so make sure you record your initial readings and if there is not a well desired response report to your doctor who will choose medication that better suits you.

I hope you find my response helpful. Please do not hesitate to write back to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help you.

Best wishes.

Hello Doctor

thanks for the advice and i am satisfied and much relaxed after reading your reply.
Sir, my doctor told me that my Hb level of 15.7 is alarming for me and will be a cause of blood clots. I am very much afraid due to this Hb level.

Further, as i told you in my original query that presently my blood sugar level is almost under control (today's fasting 89 and PP 135) but my sole of my feel are always tired and burning. is this due to diabetes or something else??

Thanks & Regards XXXXXXX

Brief Answer:
All queries addressed sir

Detailed Answer:
Hello once again XXXXXXX

Your haemoglobin level is only mildly raised, and although a risk to developing clots does exist with an increase in haemoglobin levels, it is very very mild in your case as your levels are only mildly raised.

Before considering this risk, let us first wait for a duration of 3-4 weeks and reinvestigate your haemoglobin levels. If they are still above the normal levels, then we can initiate to address it. Until then, be safe and try not to harm yourself in any possible way.

As for the burning feet, this could possibly be due to diabetes. As we slowly bring your blood sugar levels to normal, this should normalise. Once your levels are within normal for at least a duration of 3 months, we can then analyse and check if the burning still exists. If it does, then the cause is not diabetes, but if it does not then the cause was clearly your abnormal blood sugar levels.

I hope you find my response helpful. Please do not hesitate to keep in touch with me, and also keep me updated about your blood sugar levels and your general condition (whether the burning feet sensation is reducing, etc.). I am always here to help.

Best wishes.
