Question: I had unprotected sex 5 months ago. And this is how long this is been going on. I have redness on my penis head. And testicles are completely red except for in the middle. 3 months ago I begin to have very small white bumps on my top lip. Mostly in the corners. And a little in the middle. I'm also having left eye discharge of a night. Ita mostly clear. But white a lot. My penis head does have very very very small bumpa around the redness. But there has never been any puss. Or discharge. And no burning when i pee. Also. My lips have no puss they don't bust. There really not raised. What do you think I might have. With all that's going on it has to be a std.

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have unprotected sex 5 months ago,and since then have bumps over your glans penis and upper lip.

Looking at the sequence of symptoms occurred after sex, possibility of STD can not be ruled out.

The only way to rule out acquiring STD can be ruled out by doing basic blood tests for STD.

The bumps over glans and upper lip can be cured by taking abroad spectrum antibiotics along with topical antibiotic ointment for local application for a week.Get the prescription of drugs from your family Physician,
Ensure to observe proper person hygiene by cleaning your genitals with warm water twice daily.

I went to planned parenthood Thursday and she said she has been doing this for 30 years. She looked at the bumps and my penis and said that everything looks good. She said if it was HPV or hsv that it would be blisters and redness and would more than likely burn. Which I still do have redness on my penis head. I got tested with culture and blood. I just have all over week feeling and kinda Shakey for a while. And what's weird us almost feel like I can't think properly. I also have been drinking very very heavy since this has been going on and detoxed last weekend. And have been stressed to the XXXXXXX with this. And I noticed too that my upper left eyelid is puffed but not red. And still have drainage during the night.

There is no single clinical mode in which STD present themselves and only way to get basic blood test and screening test done to be sure about it.

Thanks. Can alcohol and smoking and completely stressed out cause these symptoms from not going away. And only one more thing is my lmyph node left side on my neck has had pressure. Or hurts a little since this has been going on for 5 months now.

I'm waiting on my test results now. They should be in tommorow. Last night I applyed hydrocortisone on my head and shaft. Now I have little white spots all overy shaft. Could this be a allergic reaction to the cream. Should I stop using that.

Understood. Thanks for the reply. With all the symphtons I have and the discomfort in the left neck lymph Node. What do you think it could be. Say my tests come back good. Could it be a bacterial infection that is out of control. Or fungal. With all my research and the doctor saying that its not std related. What else could it be that spreads to the eye upper lip and penis.

Enlarged lymph node in the neck,and infection in the upper lip and eye could be due to generalised bacterial infection involving various organs. This should get resolved with long term course of antibiotics.

Tests came back negative. I had a full table of testing done. So that's good but will those kind of tests find a bacterial or fungal infections. Thanks

Thanks for keeping up with me. So what could be causing all this that's happening to me. I'm lost. What scares me is theres so many people online with the same symptoms and they can't diagnose it or find a cure. I know something is wrong with me. I'm always a hyper. Go to person always on the run. And I feel week and a little Sharkey everyday. With the same symptoms for the last 5 months.
