Brief Answer:
Tunes cruris

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for trusting HealthcareMagic

I have seen the attached pictures.
The rash is likely due to fungal infection (Tinea).
Tinea can sometimes occur without any itching.
You can apply Canestan extra ointment . It is a combination of clotromazole (antifungal) and hydrocortisone (steroid) to reduce inflammation.
You will notice improvement in 7-10 days and the rash will subside in about 14 days.
Keep the area clean and dry.
Wear loose fitting breathable cotton undergarments.

Hope this answers your questions

Continue treatment with anti fungal

Detailed Answer:
Hello again,

It will take time for the treatment to be effective. Apply Canestan extra ointment for at least 2 weeks. It will take about 7 days to start noticing improvement.
