Brief Answer:
This is going affect your health in long term adversely

Detailed Answer:
Hello
I really appreciate your concern
First of all one thing I would like to make you clear that filter doesn't absorb tar and nicotine, it goes into your lungs with every puff.
It will definitely affect your health in long run so you should stop is immediately

This is the age where you can quit it very easily with strong self determination and motivation.
Please follow these guidelines
Don't keep cigarettes with you, try to avoid it as much you can do
keep yourself busy with family and friends, don't stay alone
you can use nicotine gums, lozenges and spray for craving of cigarettes
Medicines are also available if all these measures don't help you much
Hope this answers your question
Please feel free to ask for follow up, I will be happy to help you
Best wishes

Brief Answer:
Steam inhalation and cough syrup

Detailed Answer:
Hello
welcome again
Cough might be related to smoking, allergic reaction or infection.
You should do gargling with warm saline or antiseptic mouth wash
you should take steam inhalation with eucalyptus oil.
If it doesn't help you than you should take cough syrup, since you had already taken antibiotics (levofloxacin) so you need not to take any more antibiotics or other drugs except anti allergic drug like levocetirizine or fexofenadine.
