Brief Answer:
Cause of headache

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX, thanks for asking from HCM.

I can understand your concern. It is good that your tests are normal. Your headache is mainly in front part, mild and responding to painkiller. It could be due to

: Stress or tension headache - It is one of the most common headache. It occurs as dull pain, band like sensation around forehead, continuous pain, occurs even after waking up, increases by light/stress/exertion, no vomiting/blurring of vision.

You can match your symptoms from above.

: Tumor headache - It is usually focal, progressively increases in severity, sometimes no relief with painkillers, occurs mostly in morning, becomes diffuse if rise in pressure in brain. It is usually associated with vomiting, blurred vision, focal deficit.

: Headache due to eye problem - it also occurs in front part, associated with decreased vision/blurred, increases when focusing is required.

: Sinusitis headache - It is another headache which occurs mainly in front part, associated with allergy/recurrent nasal blockade/nasal discharge, increases in cold/after working/forward bending, gives heaviness in head.

You can correlate your features or provide me details of it. I can then help you to narrow them down. To confirm and rule out tumor or lesion, plain CT head or MRI brain may be required.

Regarding your back pain which is occurring in morning only, kindly correct your posture during sleep or need to correct your mattress. These two are the most common cause of back pain after waking up. If you are using soft or hard mattress, kindly change it to firm mattress.

Ask your family member to look your posture during sleep. If you are lying prone or taking extreme range of movement during posture, try to correct it. Initially try to sleep in supine position only.

Hope it will help you. If still in doubt, do let me know.

Thanks. Take care.

Brief Answer:
Cause of numbness and evaluation of polyuria

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX, welcome back.

I got your point. The numbness in your extremities could be

: Generalised weakness due to stress/electrolyte imbalance

: Anxiety

: Deficiency of vitamin B12, calcium, minerals etc

You can follow few steps to get relief

: Avoid stress and continue exercise
: Drink juice, lemon water, buttermilk also
: You can take multivitamin capsules once daily. It should contain B complex, vitamin C

If still no relief, then we must rule out "neuropathy". You need to consult "neurologist" for it. He will advise few blood tests, NCV (nerve conduction velocity) and cervical spine MRI to confirm diagnosis.

For your excessive urination (polyuria), it needs evaluation to confirm pathology. Kindly consult doctor for examination of urinary tract. Few investigations are needed like

: Ultrasound of kidney, ureter and bladder
: Urine routine examination and culture
: Urine specific gravity and sodium level
: serum osmolality, sodium, potassium level

After this, we can find cause of polyuria whether it is due to
: Kidney disease
: Brain (Hormonal) disease
: Urinary Bladder disease
: Psychogenic like excessive water drinking

Treatment will depend upon diagnosis.
Do let me know about reports of these investigations, only then I can make some conclusion.

Hope it will help you. Thanks. Take care.
