Brief Answer:
Hand foot mouth disease, possibility of HIV is less likely

Detailed Answer:
Hello
welcome to health care magic
I really appreciate your concern .
Possibility of contracting HIV with a protected sex is less likely but can't be ruled out completely.
I have gone through your photographs of rashes on hand and ankle, Here i would like further information for better assessment of the condition
Are you having any kind of rashes or lesions on your private parts
Have you lost weight recently
Since when you are running fever? Whats the temperature if you have recorded

Looking at your description and images , this might be hand foot mouth disease which is caused by an virus and self limiting disease so you need not to worry
I would advise you to take paracetamol for fever, calamine lotion to be applied on rashes on hand and ankle.
Multivitamin supplements
Take rest and have plenty of fluids and fruits juices

To allay your anxiety related to HIV, you can go for blood test for HIV.
Please write back to me with these details for follow up, I will be happy to help you
Best wishes

Hi Doctor,
Thanks for response.
The fever I had initially a day or 2 after the event.(mid June)

Rashes I noticed today. I had a body massage yesterday.
But I dont understand why these rashes are coming out and that too one is in the gum.

Does this look like HIV rashes?
Can you please help I am very scared.

Brief Answer:
possibility is HIV is less likely

Detailed Answer:
Hello
welcome again
you need not to worry
HIV can't be diagnosed only by seeing rashes However possibility of HIV is less likely

You need not to worry,
Appearance of rashes and fever, next day of massage is suggestive of acute viral infection
Typical appearance of rashes on hands foot and mouth might be related to hand foot mouth disease, in which rashes appears on gums, palate and lips.

You should not think about only HIV,Just relax.
Since I can't physically examine you to get more clues so I would advise you consult a dermatologist immediately for confirmation of diagnosis and to rule out other possibilities

Meanwhile please follow the guidelines I have suggested you in my previous reply
Hope this answers your question Please feel free to discuss further I will be happy to help you
Best wishes

Hi Doctor,

Along with the rashes, I am suffering from Cold and sore throat.
I went in for the Test. Please find the test results as below:

HIV 1&2 4th Generation p24 AG & AB combination assay
(Serum/CMIA)

Observed Value : 0.11 (non reactive)
Unit: S/CO.

Can you please help me understand as do I need to go for test again?
And are my current symptoms of Cold, Sore Throat slightly feverish (although no temperature) along with previous attached pics of rashes are of any major concern?

Sorry for asking again but wanted to share the result with you.

Brief Answer:
You need not to test it again, you don't have HIV infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello
welcome again and thanks for your question
You need not to be sorry I am always there to help you out.

As I told you I my earlier reply chances of HIV is unlikely; your reports are suggestive of the same
Non reactive test results means there is no evidence if HIV infection in your body.
So just relax,

sore throat and fever might be related to inflammation of upper respiratory tract, like pharyngitis,
your clinical picture with rashes might be caused by hand foot mouth disease which is caused by an virus and easily treatable condition.

In my opinion should consult a dermatologist for physical examination and prescription medicines.
Hope you will find my response informative and helpful, please feel free to discuss further
Best wishes
