Brief Answer:
These tests are reliable

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I have gone through your query and I have understood your concern.

Though performing and recieveing Oral sex does carry a smaller risk of acquiring Hiv however, a negative RNA PCR as well as 4 the generation screening test almost certainly rules out Hiv.

These are the rashes that came out on week 4-5. I did my test on 21st day rna and 4th gen both negative. Did another test at 30 day mark.
What are these rashes? Are they related to hiv?
Will my 30 day test turn positive?
Do i have hiv?

Brief Answer:
Acne

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

I have reviewed the Images. These are acne on trunk.
I suggest you to use a topical antiacne gel e.g Clindoxyl gel twice daily for a few days. 30 day test should come negative.

One last question,
How does one differentiate between a acne, eczema, mono rash or a cmv rash. When symptoms started in 2 week with sore throat and two rash at the side of neck and a small blister on lip. Then i went and got the test done at 3rd week. However after the test result, at 4th week i got these rashes on my chest. And i m freaking out whether it is eczema mono rash as those are stated to be clinical symptoms for hiv. If you can share some insight on it it would be good.

Brief Answer:
This looks like acne

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

This one looks very much like an acne rash. Infectious mononucleosis rash is macular or maculopapular rather than being papular or nodular like this. Cmv happens in fairly advanced hiv infection or AIDS and can be diagnosed by lab tests.
