Hi,

It seems that you are having allergic rhinitis or rhino-pharyngitis. Start with fluticasone spray 2 puff at bedtime for 2 month. It will decrease the allergic inflammation of the nose. Take saline nasal spray Solspre. It will clear the allergies of the nose. Take proper steam inhalation. Take betadine gargle alternate with warm saline gargle. Take more fluids. Avoid smoking, alcohol , excess tea, coffee, spicy food. Lead a healthy relaxing life. Do moderate exercise. All your symptoms will decrease slowly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Rajat Basak, ENT Specialist
