Dizziness is described as a subjective symptom which patients may describe as light headedness, wooziness, giddiness, disorientation or loss oftic neuroma, atherosclerosis

  • Certain drugs such as sedatives ,antidepressant,alpha blockers

Treatment

  • Drink plenty of water
  • Move slowly when u go from lying position to standing position will help in dizziness asssociated with position changes
  • Avoid alcohol caffeine and tobacco as by restricting the blood flow they make the symptoms worse
  • I V fluids can be given in cases of dehydration
  • Blood transfusions are provided based on the amount of blood loss in cases of accidents
