Brief Answer:
please see details below

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir
An 80 years old male who has dizziness during micturition with diabetes, hypertension can have multiple mechanisms. However, one possible important mechanism is equivalent of "micturition syncope" especially if the subject has prostatic disease or patient was dehydrated.
Persons with urinary tract infection at age of 80 years can have dizziness due to above mentioned mechanism. The uploaded documents support this mechanism.
Feel free to discuss further.
There is no other apparent cause of dizziness as per the documents.
Sincerely
Sukhvinder
