Hello thanx for using hcm
Triglycerides can be controlled by consuming a low fat, low carbohydrate diet ,
avoiding alcohol,Reducing weight if over weight.
Excess of carbohydrates are stored as triglycerides in the body reduce intake of cereals , fruits, sugars, milk and dairy.Avoid sweetened drinks.
Fats like saturated and trans fats are the main culprits in disturbing total cholesterol. Like ghee, butter, cream, red meat, organ meats, Fried foods ,bakery products ,egg yolk, full fat dairy Products.
Good omega sources like fish , olives, almonds, walnuts, flax seeds helps in improving good cholesterol like hdl and over all high fibre diet is beneficial.
