Hi Dear ,

As per your query you have dizziness and nausea . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, inflammation within the inner ear sometimes due to infection, side effects of certain medications and heart condition, meniere's disease , complication of surgery , sinusitis and migraines . For now take steam thrice a day ,avoid bending forward, take proper rest and drink green tea with ginger thrice a day. I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination . Doctor may order test like rotatory chair test , posturography , blood test and CT scan . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics along with antiemetic drug , decongestant and expectorant . Doctor may refer you to cardiologist for heart condition or gastroenterologist for complication of gallbladder surgery.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
