What Is The Reason For Vaginal Pain After Hysterectomy And Prolapsed Bladder?
I've been having really bad pains in my vagina by my pelvic area around my stomach and above my stomach I had a full hysterectomy and a mesh put in me for a prolapsed bladder I've been feeling really tired and dizzy i don't no what's going on with me
Operation for hysterectomy and prolapsed bladder is quite a big operation which need a long incision with manipulation of multiple of abdominal organs. After healing too there is formation of mild adhesion which can cause pain on movement. The type of pain you are feeling is quite normal and is experienced y most of the person undergoing such type of surgery.
You can start mild exercises in consent with your treating doctor to release the tense adhesion and to get better. You can take pain killer tablet such as diclofenac or paracetamol under medical guidance on as and when required basis.
For the part of feeling of tiredness and dizziness- it may be due to blood loss and poor nutrition during recovery phase. I further suggest you to take a lot of nutritious diet to improve your hemoglobin status.
All the best.
