Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
Your question is about ,Thyroiditis is the inflammation of the thyroid gland commonly occurs due to autoimmunity and antibodies directed against Thyroid, may cause Goitre. This can also be caused by infection, like a virus or bacteria, and even drugs like interferon and amiodarone.
Thyroid function include FT3,FT4 and TSH along with Thyroid antibodies like anti TPO and Thyroglobulin. TSH is raised indicate hypothyroid state.
For the most common type, which is known as Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, the treatment is to immediately start hormone replacement.
In some case where inflammation is more anti inflammatory drugs and steroids may be required,in some cases.
Please visit Endocrinologist/Physician and proper investigation and treatment ,these products which you have asked do not help.
Take care.
Good Luck

Hello
welcome to health care magic
regarding your query,,value which determines the thyroid function whether hypo or hyper thyroidism is TSH levels..normal TSH levels are in between 0.5-5.
Depending upon your TSH levels you may need to take anti thyroid drugs or thyroxin..
Consult general surgeon for further suggestions..
Thank you
