What Is The Cure For Fever Of A 12 Year Old Kid?
hi im concerned about my son he is 12yrs old and began having a fever sun of 103.3 as of now his fever is going up to 104.5 I have given cool cloth to the forehead cool bath aleve and vitamin c but nothing seems to bring the fever down can you advise?

Thanks for the question. It would be important to know following parameters.
1. How long fever is been there.
2. Is there any excessive vomitting
3. Does child have bad shivers
well in any case a complete blood count with malaria test and urine test is also very important.
Kindly start child on paracetamol round the clock with gap of 6 hours to control fever.
