What Does The Attached Ultrasound Report Diagnose?
i did a scan yesterday and here's the result
longitudinal --- 59mm
transverse ---- 50mm
AP ------- 38mm
homogenous myometrial echo pattern
pouch of douglas --- mild fluid
(1) Non gravid uterus, with uniform myometrial echo texture measuring 59*50*38 mm in l*b*AP
(2) Both adnexa appear free and normal
(3) No cyst/no mass is noted in the intra/ extra uterine cavity
(4) Pouch of Douglas contains fluid.

From the information in the Ultrasound report its most likely that you have a condition called ENDOMETRIOSIS. this is one of the conditions which results in fluid collection in Pouch of Douglas with normal uterus and adnexa.
