Hi,

IUI is intrauterine insemination where segment is instilled in uterus with the hope that sperms pass through fallopian tubes and get conceived by ovum released after ovulation. But in your case both fallopian tubes are blocked so this Is not a proper method for you. I feel you should go for intrauterine embryo transfer after test tube baby. You need to consult a sterility specialist.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
