What Does Dizziness And Headache In Hashimoto's Thyroiditis Case Mean?

Hello I'm a 25 year old female diagnosed with Hashimoto's thyroiditis. I have been experiencing the following symptoms on and off for about a year now in the following order throughout the day. Irritability followed by drowsiness and then headache. I have gone to see a neurologist and so far I have had a nerve conductance test which is normal.

Hello and thank you for asking!
I have gone carefully through your concern.
You described the symptoms but didn't give any information regarding to levothyroxine dose.
The symptoms of hypothyroidism will persists if the TSH level is not reached under levothyroxine treatment. It is very important to find the proper dose.
I would recomment to check TSH,FT4 and Ft3, give information about the dose you have been taking during this year.
Will be a pleasure to help you further.
Best wishes,
Dr.Mirjeta
