Hello! Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM! I understand your concern and would explain that your symptoms seem to be related to a peripheral neuropathy induced by diabetes. But a careful differential diagnosis between other causes, like a venous insuficincy or peripheral arteriopathy should be performed. I recommend consulting with your GP for a careful physical examination and tests: - A nerve conduction study to examine the lower limb nerves - A Doppler ultrasound of the lower limb vessels to examine the blood flow -blood lab tests (complete blood count, HbA1C, fasting glucose, PCR, sedimentation rate, kidney and liver function test, blood electrolytes).
