What Causes Tiredness And Frequent Yawning?

I have been on antibiotics for eleven days for sinus infection, ran a fever the whole time from 99.0 - 100.5 and very tired, or weak. I am yawning roughly once a minute for a while then I may not yawn but once in a thirty minute to an hour window. All blood work has come back normal with no elevated blood count, but I had no fever on the day I went to the dr. I'm just tired of being tired!
