Hi! I am a female 30 years old. I have been having a headache for a month now which also includes pressure in my right eye, even above and below it. The headache seems to be on the right side but it also travels across my head as if something tight is making a pressure. I have also been noticing twitching and jerking in all parts of my body including thumbs, under my eye, my calves, etc. I have also noticed eye floaters and ringing in my ears. Lately I also started to have an on and off earache on my right side. I have been to 3 different doctors all of which say that I have sinusitis and tension headache. Having said all that, I have been taking antibiotics for 5 days now and even using nasal steroid sprays for about 2 weeks with little or no effect. I m afraid I might have a brain tumour. Could it be the fact? Please help!
