What Causes A Swollen Stomach With An Enlarged Spleen?
My best friends son is 14yrs old, 5'10, bout 190 lbs, a major athlete, he has been throwing up everyday for the past 3 weeks, has an enlarged spleen and swollen limph nodes in his stomach, all blood work comes back clear, doctors dont no whats wrong with him, more scans more test needed, any idea what he could have? please help!!

Hello many causes for spleenomegaly with lymphadenopathy. Most common causes are tropical spleenomegaly, ebv, cmv, enteric fever, Tuberculosis, brucella sister.. Etc..
Other are lymphoma, leukemia, ehpvo, storage disorders etc.... Please evaluate it properly then only will come to conclusion. Follow as per your doctor order..
