What Medications Should Be Taken For Idiopathic Myelofibrosis?

Sir , Iam a male 43yrs with idiopathic myelofibrosis since 4 years discovered. my case is cold but last week the scan shows enlarged fatty liver (21cm) with PV 15mm , do I need to do liver tests again? all of them were OK at 2009..my spleen is 23 cm as well.I take vit.A,C,E & antioxidants & green tea pill & children aspirin..any other medication(essential forte for example)? Thx

As you are having fatty liver, so you may add a lipolytic agent like Atorvastatin or Rosuvastatin in your medicine list.
