What Are The Treatments For Vertigo And Dizziness After Doing Transcription Job?

Hi, I am a medical transcriptionist and nowadays my job needs at least 8 hours of continuous work, in front of the computer with headphones on, to have a decent earning to run the family with the current rates per line we are being offered. The problem is, when I work like this for 2-3 days, I started to get vertigo with a feeling of dizziness. I am very much frustrated by this health condition. Please advise me how I can avoid this and lead a life without these issues. Thanks in advance for your time and effort spent to answer my question.

Hello,
These problems of dizziness or vertigo could be due to Stress and Anxiety.
Because you do not have any symptoms other than dizziness.
But my advise is to check your blood pressure, sugar and Complete blood and Cardiac check.
Fall in blood pressure and anemia may also cause dizziness and vertigo like symptoms.
Dizziness can lead to falls and other injuries.Protect yourself from injuries.

Please follow my advise
1. Quit smoking, if you are a smoker
2. Avoid alcohol
3. Do not drive, whenever you feel dizzy.
4. Take rest for about minutes in between work
5. Try relaxation techniques like yoga and meditation.
6. Do not get dehydrated. Drink plenty of water.
