Trying To Conceive, Regular Periods Usually. Missing Period For 45 Days, Pain In Breasts. Negative Urine Tests. Suggestions?

hi doctor im a married woman ! age 30yrs married for 1yr and half !trying for a baby ! my perioda have always been regular ! my last period was on 6 june and its been more than 45 days since then although im feeling a dull throbbing oain in my breasts and cramps in the low back area ! urine pregnancy test negative !pls help

Please consult an infertility specialist.
A missed period could indicate stress, travelling, weight gain, polycystic ovaries, endometrial hyperplasia, hypothyroidism etc.
Also, your ovulation status needs to be documented.
Your husband's semen analysis would be tested.
Patency of fallopian tubes also should be assessed.
