Trying To Conceive. Ovulation Predictor Test- Negative, Have Cramps, Back Ache, Tender Breasts. Need Your Advice.

hi ive been on birth control for 10 years,depo, pill and patch. i am now ttc since october, my cycle has been on average 16 days until now-im on day 30. ovulation predictor tests have been negative anytime i tested. for the past week i have had cramps,back ache and tender breasts. im worried about fertility as it took my sister 8 years to conceive. whats your advice.thanks

Hi, I advise you both the partners to consult a gynacologist for infertility examination, avoid the anxiety about getting pregnant, because it is the main hurdle to become pregnant.
You may have to get your ovaries checked for PCOS, anemia, infections etc. Thank you.
