Swelling And Reddish Spots In The Penis. Have Itching. What Is It?

Recently i have noticed that my forskin when pulled back seems to be kind of swollen, i have penile pearly papulie around the the head of my penis as well, but noticed since my forskin has been swollen looking, i also get like red spots around the head of my penis, which doesnt hurt, but scares me yet my penis head has seemingly been really itchy, no pain but just very itchy..... What could that be?

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have
itching of your glans penis and swollen foreskin .
Are you diabetic? .
Most likely this is due to fungal infection of the glans and foreskin which is very common in diabetic individuals.
If you have not tested your blood sugar levels so far ,please get your blood sugar levels on empty stomach and 2 hours after lunch done to rule out diabetes.

Please take anti fungal medications orally and topical anti fungal gel for local application for a week.
It will get cured within a week.
