Hi,

According to your history the possible causes of your irregular periods are:
-After removal of ovary sometimes it may take sometime for regularization of the menstrual cycles
-Also stress and strain of surgery by altering hormonal levels can affect the menstrual cycles
-Sometimes bleeding can be seen during the time of ovulation
-Doing minimal physical work may not be responsible for bleeding as you have not undergone uterine manipulation.

The measures that can possibly help you are:
- Usually in endometriosis post operative medical treatment is recommended to treat any minor unnoticed bits or to prevent recurrence. This will be either combined hormonal pills or progesterone supplements usually
- These can help to regularize the menstrual cycles also.

After discussing these things with your doctor you can plan the management.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sree Gouri S. R., OBGYN
