Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Your problem is most likely due to fungal infection Tinea corporis. Clotrimazole wont be effective in all. So i usually advise miconazole ointment for local application and fluconazole tablet for oral intake in my patients. I also advise ketoconazole soap in those who are having extensive lesions. Hope this may help you.
Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
