Your symptoms suggest stomach infection. Consult a doctor for appropriate medications.
Are you having diarrhoea also? If your vomiting is under control, then you can have the following foods.

Dietary Do's and Dont's:

DOs-

-Include Ripe bananas, white bread, rice, semolina pudding, simple and easily digestible foods like Khichdi/steamed idlis (rice and pulse combination), poha (dish made out of rice flakes), wheat dalia or porridge, boiled eggs, cottage cheese, potatoes in your meals.
-Glucose biscuits, cream crackers as snacks can be taken.
-You can have fruit juices like pomegranate juice, pineapple juice with added sugar for extra energy.
-You can also take glucose water, coconut water, lemon water with sugar in between meals.
-Have small meals at frequent intervals to aid digestion without taxing the digestive system.

DONTs-

-Avoid high fat (fried foods), spicy (chillies, gravies and curries) and high fibre diet ( raw fruits and vegetables) as you are having burning sensation in your stomach which could be due to hyperacidity . Having cold milk/curd/ice cream or cold milk based dessert helps to relieve burning sensation in the stomach due to hyperacidity.
-Avoid caffeine from tea and coffee.
-Do not drink milk or consume curd until fever subsides as it will be difficult to digest.

Hope this gives you an idea about the kind of diet you have follow.
