Should I Meet Doctor For Fluid Drainage In Ear?

I have a really bad, what i believe to be, sinus infection for three weeks now. It is not as bad as it was but it is still there. It seems at night sometimes i wake up and it feels like there is fluid in my ear- maybe a drainage and it is clear no odor. I have no pain associated with it but it is the second time it has happened and i wondered if it was something I should visit a doctor about

Hi , as per your clinical history it appears as you are having Acute suppurative otitis media (ASOM) due to sinusitis.
Keep ear dry donot allow water go inside while bath.
You need to start Steam Inhalation , Saline nasal drop , levocetirizine + Montelukast combination , Antibiotic .

I will suggest you to please consult your ENT doctor because here clinical examination is very important to diagnose the real fact and accordingly treatment may be planed.
