Persistent Tonsillitis With Lots Of Puss, Abdomen Pain. Infection Cleared. What More Tests Should Be Done?

persistant tonsillitis with lots of puss....had blood tests for glandular fever...now been sent for more tests...in casualty last week for extreme abdomen pain which was put down to a reaction to antibiotics...blood in urine and an infection which has now cleared...
what will the doctors be looking for....female....age 17....
