Hi, Thanks for using HCM.

Since persistant tonsillitis with pus, fever, abdomen pain and now blood in urine, you may be suffering from septicemia. Kindle tell us the reports you have and the treatment taken, then we can tell about the diagnosis, and the management plan. We can't order all the available tests but only relevant tests.
Consult your doctor for examination follow his advice for management.
Hope I answered your question. Feel free to ask me if you have any further queries.
Wish you good health. Take care.

Regards
Dr. Lohit
