Hi I had may last proper period on may 30th and was due to get it again on June 28, it didn't come on July 3rd I had spotting on July 4th I had a light flow on July 5th I had spotting again and after that nothing else. I usually have a 7 day period 5 of which are extremely heavy. For the past month I have had extreme nausea and vomiting on a consistent basis the nausea has been everyday and the vomiting it on average every other day sometimes multiple times a day. I have extreme fatigue and some cramping on my left side ovary. I get headaches everyday at about 9pm. My nipples are also tingly. Hello,

To confirm pregnancy, you need to undergo one blood test for beta-hCG along with TVS scan. It helps to rule out other pathology in absence of pregnancy.

Following test result, you must consult with your gynecologist for next line management of the case. Take suggestive treatment.

Take healthy diet and drink more fluid/ water. Good luck.

Hi, Thanks for using HCM.
Since your UPT negative and you had bleeding at right time, the chance of being pregnant is very minimal. The variaation in bleeding may be due to hormonal imbalance, systemic infection, anaemia or malnutrition(common causes). Get done complete hemogram and USG abdomen and pelvis once to know the cause. Have adequate regular sleep, plenty of fluids, nutritious diet with required calorie and regular outdoor exercises for your wellbeing. Hope I answered your question. Consult your doctor for further management.
Feel free to ask me if you have any further queries.
Wish you good health. Take care.

Regards

hello,
thank you for using health care magic..
you consult nearby gynecologist and get done confirmatory test like beta hcg level of ultrasond.. as urinary pregnancy test might give false result.. plus in early stage of pregnancy there can be little bleeding which also occur near your period time so you might take it as your period..
if above confirmatory test of pregnancy are negative then not need to worry else you can go for abortion.. since you are in early stage it can be done just by pills..
however there can be many other resason for less flow like hormonal imbalance, anemia or you might have some ovarian pathology as you having pain there..
consult gynecologist..
hope this helps you...
take care..
